You will need (for 2 people): 250 grams of lentils, 1 bunch of greens, 1 liter of vegetable broth, 1 onion, 6 sausages, 3 teaspoons of mustard, fresh chives, salt and pepper

Here’s how it works: Put the lentils in a saucepan with the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. When the broth has boiled, everything should simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
